Mr. Tan has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate sector of Cambodia and has been advising and assisting in closing many major real estate transactions throughout the country.

His work includes, but not limited to, advising on structuring various real estate development, providing legal consultation on regulatory framework to private and public institutions, drafting commercial contracts, M&A, etc.

He is also a qualified and registered lawyer who has extensive experience in litigating at local courts and in acting as legal counsel in many arbitration proceedings, both local and regional.

Since November 2020, he has been appointed as a member of the Legislative and Justice Council of the Ministry of Justice of Cambodia by his Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni. His primary role in this council is to review and advise the Ministry of Justice on relevant laws and regulations concerning the ministry and the judicial sector in Cambodia.
