  • Advised our client on the enforcement in Cambodia of the Chinese arbitration award and any Cayman Island court decision, based on the applicable Cambodian laws and regulations, agreements entered with various Cambodian governmental authorities and any other relevant documents.
  • Advised our client on the legality of the decision of the Telecommunication Regulator of Cambodia to revoke the client’s license for the provision and operation of cellular mobile and fixed wireless telecommunications network and services using 3G.
