Mr. YIN handles a broad range of corporate matters including incorporation of companies, change of company’s shareholder and director, increase of capital of the company, change of the company’s address and so on with the Council for the Development of the Cambodia, Ministry of Commerce and General Department of Taxation.

Sadao Matsubara
Senior Consultant
Sadao worked as a public prosecutor of Japan from 1996 to 2014. He was also a professor of the International Cooperation Department, Research and Training Institute, Justice Ministry of Japan from 2010 to 2012.

Tith Sopheap Ly
Senior Associate
Ms. Ly obtained an LLM from Nagoya University, Japan, under the Japanese-MEXT scholarship program. Her specialization is labor law and industrial relations.

Peakdey Hieng
Attorney-at-Law
Ms. Hieng started her employment at HBS LAW in 2015, supporting the firm with regards to an extensive range of matters. She is a member of the General Corporate and Investment, Banking and Finance, and Dispute Resolution and Litigation Practice Groups.

Ratana Samnang
Associate
Ratana earned an LL.M. specializing in Labour and Employment Law from Nagoya University, Japan, under the Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship Program. In 2026, he joined HBS LAW and became a member of Labour, Corporate & Commercial Practice Group.

Sovanrachna Hok
Associate
Sovanrachna earned a Dual Master’s Degrees in Public International Law from Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) and Paris 8 University. In 2025, she joined HBS LAW and became a member of Labour, Corporate & Commercial, and Capital Markets Practice Group.

Salibadawi Uon
Junior Associate
I have experience in commercial disputes involving arbitration procedures and proceedings under the rules of the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC). In addition, I have assisted with corporate and investment matters, including company registration, drafting corporate documents and commercial agreements, conducting legal research, and advising on regulatory compliance under Cambodian laws.

Ryda Hour
Junior Associate
Ryda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from American University of Phnom Penh (“AUPP”). During her academic studies, she developed a strong foundation in legal research, labor law, and commercial law.
