Labour

Our Labour Practice Group has extensive experience and expertise in all aspects of employment relations. Our team provides legal advice on enforcement of labor contracts, internal rules, and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs), labor contract terminations, and entitlement.

HBS LAW has established strong connections with key governmental authorities and stakeholders in Cambodia, focusing on capacity building within the Cambodian labor and employment sector.

In addition to providing advice on labor and employment issues, our Labour Practice Group offers guidance and support in labour registration and compliance matters. Our team is also equipped to assist in labor dispute resolution and representation at all levels of court in Cambodia.
