Ms. SOPHORN is an Attorney-at-Law and Head of Intellectual Property Rights Practice Group. Her practice covers drafting and advising on IP related contracts such as Licensing and Franchising. She also assists in IP filing, due diligence, raid action and enforcement.

Ritthisak Mao

Mr. Mao obtained two bachelor’s degrees majoring in Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics and majoring in Arts in English from the Royal University of Phnom Penh in Cambodia in 2016.

Seang Meng is an Attorney-at-Law, admitted to the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He holds a diverse range of qualifications and licenses, including being a licensed trademark agent, a licensed customs broker and a qualified professional in the securities and trust sector.

Mr. Ponlork is currently a candidate for LL.M in International Business Law, which will be awarded by the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Free University of Brussels), Brussels, and the Royal University of Law and Economics, Cambodia, and expectedly graduate in 2023.

- Conducting an onsite visit at the suspected target concerning the infringement of mark “CC Double O” and sending C&D letters to infringers to inform them to stop the infringing acts immediately;
- Sending C&D letters to infringers on the infringement of mark “RANGE ROVER” to inform them to stop the infringing acts immediately; and
- Conducting raid actions on parallel or counterfeit goods of mark “THE NORTH FACE”.
