Prior to joining HBS Law, Ruwan Hulugalle worked in Cambodia on a range of issues in the public and private sectors including as a private consultant, as an academic, and as a commercial advisor for the U.S. Department of State.

In his private sector work, Ruwan advised on a range of matters including market entry, corporate compliance, corporate governance, licensing, project finance, trusts, insolvency, and dispute resolution. In his prior public sector work, Ruwan worked on high-level U.S. investment and trade policy issues with the Royal Government of Cambodia.
