With a bachelor's degree in Law and a master's degree in Private Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics in Cambodia, Mr. Sopheak began his career at HBS LAW in 2015, where he has been involved in various legal matters.

He is currently a member of the Banking and Finance team, and responsible for drafting and reviewing loan and security agreements, as well as communicating with relevant authorities for the registration of hypothecs.

Mr. Sopheak is also involved in the drafting and preparing sale and purchase agreements, as well as rental agreements, and assists with transferring ownership and registering certificates of possessory rights.
