Holding a Master of Environmental Law and two Bachelor’s Degrees in law and education, Mr. Phanna Sok has been practicing law in different institutions, including law firms, non-governmental organizations, and universities.

He has also worked as a consultant for international institutions such as the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Pact World, Wildlife Conservation Society, and Raoul Wallenberg Institute. Mr. Sok has had more than 15 years of experience in the legal sector, including, but not limited to, law firm management, public private partnership and infrastructure projects, due diligence, project management, social impact assessment, dispute resolution, legal research, legal training, and teaching international law.
