Leakhena is a member of the Banking & Finance and Dispute Resolution Practice Groups. She is currently advising clients in relation to secured and unsecured lending, OTC derivatives, bank regulation and acquisitions of BFIs. In addition, Leakhena assists with banking litigation as well as dispute resolution in other sectors.

Prior to joining HBS LAW, Leakhena held roles as a paralegal at a local law firm and legal officer at a private company in Cambodia, where she obtained valuable experience in corporate and commercial law. Additionally, she has extensive knowledge of contract law, international commercial arbitration, public international law, and international human rights law, gained through her active participation in international moot competitions.
