Mr. TOP is a member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He has graduated Bachelor of Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics in 2012, and also graduated from Paññasastra University of Cambodia in 2014, majoring in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).

He obtained his Master’s Degree in Private Law from Royal University of Law and Economics in 2015.
