Ryda Hour

Ryda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from American University of Phnom Penh (“AUPP”). During her academic studies, she developed a strong foundation in legal research, labor law, and commercial law.

She also engaged in the AMCAM Independent Young Voice Empowerment training program (“IYVE”). She studied political theory, research methodology, and the Cambodian political system and its development. The program provided her with a broader understanding of governance, institutional frameworks, and public policy in Cambodia.

In 2025, she worked as an intern at HBS LAW, assisting with legal research, administrative support, and translations.
