Mr. Sang Sovannavin possesses a master's degree in Private Law and a bachelor's degree in Law obtained from the Royal University of Law and Economics, Cambodia.

He initiated his professional journey with HBS LAW in 2015 and has since provided support on various matters. He is a member of the Banking and Finance team. He assists in loan preparation, reviewing security agreements, and communicating with the relevant authorities for the registration of hypothecs.

In addition to drafting and preparing sale and purchase agreements and rental agreements, he assists in transferring ownership and registering the certificate of possessory rights.

Furthermore, he assists with drafting complaints, demand letters, statements, defense letters, and rebuttals for civil and criminal cases, as well as collecting and submitting litigation documents.
