Mr. HAK has been a practicing attorney since 1997. He obtained a Master’s Degree in Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics in 2006, after obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the same university in 2000.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Hak served as a provincial court clerk for four years before moving on to a private practice. Since 2006, he has been a member of the Bar Council of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Mr. HAK is the Head of the Civil, Criminal Litigation & ADR Practice Group in HBS.
